Flush panel doors with a lite weight inner solid polystyrene core that has good acoustic properties and can be supplied in either standard or custom sizes. The internal core is cut to size, placed inside the frame, glued between two skins and pressed. The outside MDF skins can be supplied in a number of different thicknesses 4.75, 6, 9 or 12mm which ever suits your application. Finally they are trimmed to size and checked for quality finish.
